Do you find the cheapest price? +
We're not a price comparison service. We find good options, arrange them and follow up until they're done — you always pay the vendor directly, at their price. We never add a markup. If you already have a supplier you like, send us their details and we'll work with them.
What don't you do? +
We're a personal assistant for everyday life in Dubai. We don't give legal, medical or financial advice, we don't represent anyone in a dispute, and we don't handle emergencies. Tasks outside the UAE aren't part of the subscription, though we can quote them separately. If something falls outside what we do, we'll tell you straight away rather than half deliver it.
Is this a real person or an AI bot? +
A real person. Every message you send is read and answered by a human assistant. We use technology behind the scenes to help our team work faster, but you're always dealing with a real person who knows your preferences.
What counts as one request? +
One request is one specific action — book a restaurant, order flowers, arrange a cleaner, book a doctor. Any follow-ups needed to complete that task are included; only a new or changed instruction from you counts as a separate request. Each separate errand (for example, a different gift recipient) is its own request. Anything bigger is quoted upfront before we start.
What are your hours? +
Daily from 7am to 11pm Dubai time. Requests sent outside these hours are picked up first thing the next morning.
Do I pay Handled. for the vendors too? +
No. You always pay vendors directly — the restaurant, the florist, the hotel. Handled. charges only your monthly subscription. We never touch your money for vendor payments.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. No contracts, no notice period, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime and your subscription simply doesn't renew the following month.
How does the free trial work? +
Your first 14 days are free. A valid payment method is required to start. Unless you cancel before day 14, your subscription begins automatically. Cancel anytime before then — no questions asked.
